Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and national laws, including those relating to taxation, consumer protection, and product authenticity.
Vendors agree not to list counterfeit, defective, or unauthorized products. Any such violations may lead to suspension or termination of their account.
Vendors must respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure professional and ethical conduct in all interactions.
Customers must use the platform for lawful purposes only. Any misuse, including fraudulent activity or abuse, is strictly prohibited.
Customers are responsible for verifying product details and pricing with the vendor before completing a purchase.
All transactions, including payment, warranty claims, and product returns, are to be handled directly between the customer and the vendor.
SearchMyPhone acts solely as a facilitator, connecting vendors and customers. We do not own, sell, or stock any products listed on the platform.

Customers are not charged for accessing the platform. However, any purchases made are subject to the vendor's terms and pricing.
Vendors are responsible for all applicable taxes arising from sales made through the platform.
All content, trademarks, and proprietary features on the platform are owned by SearchMyPhone. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reproducing any platform content without prior written consent.
