In cases where vendors experience platform-related technical issues that significantly impact the agreed-upon service delivery, SearchMyPhone will evaluate the claim and, if valid, offer compensation in the form of extended service time or credit.

Vendors can cancel promotional services that have not yet gone live. Refunds for cancelled promotions will be processed based on the terms outlined at the time of purchase.

Account Deactivation

Vendors may deactivate their account by contacting SearchMyPhone support. Upon deactivation, all data and listings will be removed from the platform, but no refunds will be issued for remaining subscription or service time.

SearchMyPhone acts as a facilitator, connecting customers with local vendors. We do not sell, stock, or deliver smartphones.

Service Charges

SearchMyPhone does not charge customers for using the platform. Therefore, there are no refunds applicable to customer interactions facilitated through the platform.

If a customer has an unresolved issue with a vendor listed on the platform, they can report the matter to SearchMyPhone. While we are not responsible for vendor actions, we will take appropriate steps, such as reviewing the vendor's listing or suspending their account in cases of verified misconduct.

General Terms for Refunds and Cancellations
